1. Binding Effect

This agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding agreement between you (“you”, “user”, “client”, “participant”, or “business owner”) and RPIANS World Class Business Coaching, founded and managed by Rajesh Kumar Kare (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By using the website worldclassbusinesscoaching.in, watching our Video Sales Letter, registering for our training, booking a strategy call, purchasing any program, accessing any course, consulting, coaching, dashboard, material, community, service, or content provided by RPIANS World Class Business Coaching, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

You agree that by using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this Agreement.

3. Refund Policy / Cancellation

We want you to feel comfortable while transacting with RPIANS World Class Business Coaching.

Due to the nature of our coaching, consulting, training, digital content, videos, strategies, dashboards, worksheets, templates, recordings, and immediate access to certain services after purchase, refund terms shall be governed by our separate Refund Policy.

6. License

By submitting User Content to us, you grant RPIANS World Class Business Coaching a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, non-exclusive license to use, display, edit, store, reproduce, publish, or share such content for service delivery, communication, testimonials, case studies, training, marketing, and promotional purposes, unless specifically restricted by written agreement.

You confirm that you own or have permission to share such User Content.

We may remove User Content at any time at our sole discretion.
